Port James 2012 Rental Rates:

• Summer - June 16 - August 24
  $1,600 per week
  


• Non-Summer - May 1 - June 15 and Aug. 25- Oct. 15
  $1,120 per week
  $700 for 3-day minimum, $110 per extra day
  $1,680 monthly
  


• Winter - October 16 through April 30
  75% of non-summer rates
  no charge for extra 1 day
  discounts for consecutive winter months



• Rates for other rental periods will be quoted upon request.



• Standard state taxes plus $85 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.

Includes full linen service: bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
